Montana Hot Spring Spas has been established in Billings since 1977. Scott Prociv, now owner of the business, began his career in hot tub sales in 1988. He advanced to general manager and worked in the business for 10 years before he and his wife Julie purchased the store in 1998.
Formerly located to the south of Grand Avenue, Scott and Julie were forced to move their business after a fire burnt the building to the ground in 2001. They are now located at 2217 Grand Avenue in Billings, Montana.
Recently, a 2,000-foot expansion was added to their showroom, which showcases their six brands of spas - all from the maker of HotSpring® Spas. A separate room was also added, which features Finnleo® traditional and far-infrared saunas. Each line offers a variety of sizes, styles, and price points to fit various customer needs. Montana Hot Spring Spas also offers sauna and spa accessories, quality water care products and gazebos. They are staffed with factory-trained technicians with more than 40 years combined experience to provide outstanding service to all customers and are the only authorized HotSpring® Spa and Finnleo® dealership in the area.

Since 1986, Consumer Digest has rated spas seven times. Each time, a spa from the makers of HotSpring® Spas has received a Best Buy Award. No other spa manufacturer can make that claim. Montana Hot Spring Spas has also been the recipient of many awards, including Territory Dealer of the Year, Gazette Reader’s Choice (9 years in a row), and the Scott Smith Service Award.

Not only will you find Scott on the sales floor and taking care of customers, he also manages all marketing, delivery and service. Scott has the best memory around! He can remember what a customer has purchased and where they are from, even if it’s been 10 years or more! Some have referred to him as the “Spa Guru”.
Julie Prociv: Co-owner.
Offers support in customer service and office management. She can also be found cleaning bathrooms and emptying the trash. Occasionally you’ll even see her in some of our television ads!

With Montana Hot Spring Spas since 2002. He is our top salesman and is knowledgeable in all lines of products and water care. He also likes to heckle our staff.
Jeff:
Dedicated to Montana Hot Spring Spas for more than 15 years! He specializes in installation and delivery of spas and saunas, but can be found on the sales floor off and on. Don’t expect him to remember you, though…he’s been here a long time and his brain is full!
Mark:
With Montana Hot Spring Spas since 2003 and the brother of Scott, he is an instrumental member of our installation team. He is also a very knowledgeable service technician and can answer almost any question in regard to spas and saunas.
Greg:
Service Technician with us for over 19 years. Knows spas inside and out and can tell you the number of any spa part. Greg enjoys our customers, their dogs (he takes dog treats) and loves to share corny jokes!
Tiffani:
With Montana Hot Spring Spas since 1997, she specializes in customer service and handles our inventory. She can be found eating junk food all hours of the day and amazingly still stays skinny! (must be the cardiovascular workout from the sauna)
Brought onto the team in 2005 to do bookkeeping. Related to the rest of the Prociv clan and the wife of Mark, she handles the accounting procedures and all internal operations of the business, including marketing.
